POLICIES & PROCEDURES

-Signers must be present with valid, state-approved form of ID.

-Signers must sign documents in the presence of notary.

-Re-signs, missed and rescheduled appointments are subject to a fee totaling 1/2 of the original signing fee and an appearance/no-show fee.

-Notary will collect missed signatures at no additional cost to the signer or signing service.

*Georgia notarial law requires the participation and presence of a licensed Attorney for real estate transactions.
